The recovery service is only available to users with a valid BikeTrax subscription. Users who start the free trial and decide to add the recovery service can do so by paying €29.50 annually via the PowUnity app. After the free trial ends, the cost of adding the recovery service to the BikeTrax subscription is €39.50, which amounts to €69.00 per year.
Users who already have a BikeTrax subscription or are in the free trial period can also purchase the recovery service separately.
The GPS Tracker is integrated with the integrated SIM card in the EU-wide data network. This means that you can view the location coordinates of your e-bike at any time in the EU. In the event of theft or unauthorized use, the GPS system is activated and an alarm is immediately sent to your smartphone. No matter which EU country you are in.
The transfer of GPS data is realized via GPRS and GSM. For the first year, BikeTrax takes over the costs for data transfer.
