With BikeFinder you already have a certain feeling that, when someone takes your bike, you will immediately receive a message on your app with the notification that your precious possession is on the move. On the map you can also see the location immediately.
The BikeFinder was developed in Norway at the request of some professional cyclists, after the truck with their bikes was robbed. A tracking device with GPS antenna and internet connectivity, which also fits in most bikes, was the idea. And with success!
Installation The BikeFinder is placed almost invisibly in the bicycle handlebars. After activating a subscription via the app (iOS & Android) and charging, the BikeFinder is ready for use. Activation is very simple.
Installation and removal is only possible using the supplied tools to prevent potential thieves from doing this for you. The battery lasts up to 8 weeks on a single charge, depending on your desired settings. Charging takes a few hours.
Unlike other bike trackers, the BikeFinder has a built-in SIM card, so you don't have to be in the immediate vicinity of the bike for the Bluetooth signal to be picked up. The BikeFinder works anywhere in the world, and the location of your bike can always be requested via the app on your smartphone.
Subscription The subscription can be taken out via the BikeFinder website (a comprehensive manual is included in the package), and costs an average of 4 euros per month, depending on the duration for which you take it out. You can choose between 1 month and 2 years. Your own SIM card is not required, the BikeFinder is already equipped with one.
The BikeFinder also fits most electric scooters and is suitable for almost all bicycle handlebars!

Charging instructions:
We recommend chargers from 0.5 to 2.1 Amps and 5V. If you use a fast charger for mobile phones, the tracker will not charge. This is for the safety of the battery. This is only a 960mAh tracker and will not respond to fast chargers.
